Decide To Dance

Dancing Freedom is a moving meditation. It's a gift of time to drop into our bodies and release the tension and dis-ease our daily lives store in our being. The beautiful thing about this dance is that you can't get it wrong. In the dance, we follow the Dancing Freedom protocol over a 90 minute period, which involves an opening and closing circle, and in between we dance an elemental wave - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.

Register by emailing AngelaE@womenillawarra.org.au . Please include your name,  phone number, email address, and requested dates. Registration will be confirmed in early February.
