Women Illawarra is offering the Mental Health First Aid Australia Standard MHFA Course to community members in 2026

The course will be delivered in 4 sessions over 4 days, with the course offered twice, on the following dates:

COURSE 1: Monday 14th September - Thursday 17th September 2026 - 10am - 1.30pm each day

COURSE 2: Monday 16th November - Thursday 19th November 2026 - 10am - 1.30pm each day

Participation is limited to 12 persons per course. All participants must be aged 18 years or over.

Participants MUST attend all 4 sessions to attain their MHFA Australia Certification/Certificate.

The cost of the course will be on a sliding scale ($22 - $280), with discounts offered to those experiencing any financial barriers to attending.

The course is open to both the public and community organisations.
