Facilitated by Sylvina Beleniski of Conscious Dance for Women, Decide to Dance is an opportunity for women to move for the pure joy of it, in whatever way the body allows. Make the choice to experience playfulness again, and the freedom to explore how you love to move. We provide the reviving blend of multicultural tunes and guided inspiration, and you simply decide to dance FOR YOU. Decide to Dance is a precious chance to embrace connection across generations at the Culture Mix festival in Wollongong.
